In partnership with Wisconsin’s Children’s Health Alliance, Fitch-Rona EMS is excited to participate in the “Children and Youth With Special Needs” pilot program.
If your child has a disorder such as; autism spectrum disorder, behavioral health disorders, or other special health care needs, the caregiver is encouraged to fill out the form and have it available to EMS personnel in the event we have to care for the child whether at home, school, or daycare.
This program will ensure that emergency care providers and hospital personnel who may come into contact with a child with special needs can provide the best possible care tailored.
